I did a quick search for 2cv race car to find a slower race car for you and found this:

Apparently there is a 24 Hour and 2 minute endurance race at spa each year featuring only 2cv s in different states of modification. There was even one I found that took the usual BMW motorcycle engine mod and added an electric motor to make a hybrid! New #1 thing on my bucket list.
